Welcome to the Ziegelhütte
The Ziegelhütte is an open space. You are welcome to spend time here, read, work, meet friends, sit in the garden, explore the library, discover the Imagining Kunsthalle video programme, or simply drop in for a coffee.
The workshop, library, garden, café, historic brick kiln and seating areas are free to use during opening hours. Admission is only charged for exhibitions in the Kunsthalle.
The Ziegelhütte is shaped by the people who use it. Do you have an idea for an open activity – a reading group, a shared lunch, a rehearsal, a discussion, or something entirely different? We'd love to hear from you: info_at_kunsthalleappenzell.ch. Together, we coordinate the programme. The only requirement is that activities are non-commercial, free of charge and open to everyone.
